Our Services

10% of proceeds goes towards paying the rent and mutual aid initiatives as we believe in supporting individuals and communities outside of systems.

We currently offer workplace supervision sessions for both individuals and groups. While most sessions are held online, in-person sessions can be arranged upon request, subject to COVID-19 precautions.

In the near future, Collaborative Minds Network will also offer one-on-one/individual support. If you're interested in individual support, please contact us to join our waitlist.

If you have any accessibility requirements for any of our services, we are happy to accommodate them. Feel free to reach out to us and we can collaborate to ensure the service is tailored to meet your needs.

Our Rates

Everyone deserves access to workplace supervision. If your workplace does not cover the cost of your supervision, you can use the sliding scale below as a guide to determine what works best for you. Please note, we are unable to make a decision on your specific circumstances.

When assessing your situation, consider the following factors in relation to your context and experiences of privilege.

Sliding Scale

The lower end of the scale may apply if you are facing circumstances such as:

  • Minimal work hours (no stable or consistent income or employment contract)

  • Partner(s) with no stable income

  • Acting as a carer for family or friends

  • Limited spending for daily living expenses

The higher end of the scale may apply if you are experiencing circumstances such as:

  • Ongoing secure contract or permanent role, including part-time hours

  • Home or car ownership

  • Partner(s) with a stable income

  • The ability to travel domestically or internationally

If you are organisation/agency funded the full supervision rate of $185 applies.
